I cannot believe it is time to write another birthday letter to you. Two precious years old?!?! How can it be???? You came into our lives 3 weeks early and you have been full of personality ever since.
Since your last birthday you have come a long way. Growing, maturing, exploring (oh exploring), into everything, your vocabulary is expounding by leaps and bounds. Your attitude is still there-sometime making me want to lose my mind. You have FINALLY outgrown your medical condition (Oh PRAISE the Lord.). You have grown into a toddler-not my baby any more (even though I still call you "Baby Lane". As if Baby is your forever first name. You are definitely our ball of fire. You love your brother more than life itself but you also love to terrorize him. You go from the time you get up, until the time you go to bed-mostly with no breathing room for this momma of yours.You have your moments of pure sweetness-hugs, kisses, cuddles. Recently you started saying "Love You". Oh how it melts my heart every single time you say it.
One thing is for sure you make each day more fun, more trying, more fulfilling, and more exhausting-all at the same time. You test our parenting, far more than your big brother ever has. But we would not trade one moment of this crazy life we have with you. God is still modling you into who he wants you to be and teaching us to trust and lean on Him even more.
Dada & I know God has great things in store for you and cannot wait to see how He is going to use you, to do mighty things for Him. We just know it. We are blessed beyond measure to be your parents-a job he entrusted to us-and we don't take it lightly. Always remember you are loved beyond belief-more than you will ever know and we are so happy to be your parents.
